Relais Group Oyj: Relais Group Plc's new shares registered in the trade register

Relais Group Plc ("Relais Group" or the "Company") has, as previously announced, on the basis of the share issue authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on 14 April 2026, decided on 17 April 2026 to issue, without consideration and in deviation from the shareholders' pre-emptive subscription rights, a total of 63,376 new shares in the Company to the Company itself. The share issue relates to the acquisition which was announced on 16 April 2026.
The new shares have been registered in the Trade Register today on 21 April 2026. After the registration of the new shares, the total number of the Company's shares is 18,560,503. Relais Group will apply for the listing of the new shares on the main market of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd, and trading in the new shares is expected to commence on or about 22 April 2026.
