Reporting of transactions in Digizuite A/S’ shares made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

In accordance with the EU’s Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Digizuite A/S must notify Finanstilsynet and publicly disclose transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them on trading of Digizuite A/S shares.
Digizuite A/S hereby notify and submit the transactions of shares in Digizuite A/S reflected in the attached forms.
Reference is made to company announcements no. 32/2023 dated 5 July 2023, no. 33/2023 dated 7 July 2023 and no. 38/2023 dated 21 August 2023 regarding inter alia the irrevocable undertakings entered into between Luxion Group ApS and certain shareholders of Digizuite A/S as well as the unregulated voluntary public tender offer by Luxion Group ApS to certain shareholders of Digizuite A/S and the results hereof (the “Transactions”).
In connection with the Transactions, Annette Lang Skovbølling (Board member in Digizuite A/S), ASEO Invest IT ApS (closely associated with Søren Skovbølling, Chairman of the Board in Digizuite A/S and Annette Lang Skovbølling, Board member in Digizuite A/S), Johan Jardevall (Board member in Digizuite A/S), Kim Wolters (Chief Executive Officer in Digizuite A/S), Michael Koehn Milland (Board member in Digizuite A/S), Oliver Bottelet (Chief Financial Officer in Digizuite A/S), and Søren Skovbølling (Chairman of the Board in Digizuite A/S) have made the transactions described in the attached notifications on the dates set out therein.
