ROBIT PLC        PRESS RELEASE        21 OCTOBER 2026 AT 9.15 A.M. EEST

ROBIT PLC INTERIM REPORT 1 JANUARY–30 SEPTEMBER 2026: NET SALES CONTINUED TO GROW

Robit’s net sales continued to grow strongly in the third quarter. Profitability was negatively impacted by exchange rate losses and rising raw material costs. During the period, the company commenced deliveries under several previously announced mining contracts. In addition, new customer acquisition and product trials at customer sites progressed actively. Robit also continued to develop its distributor network in line with its growth strategy.

Orders received increased in the third quarter of the year, reaching EUR 22.2 million (19.7), representing growth of 12.9% compared to the corresponding period. Net sales also increased by 17.1% during the period, reaching EUR 22.5 million (19.2).

By product group, Top Hammer showed the strongest performance, with net sales increasing by 35.9% to EUR 15.9 million (11.7). Net sales in the Down the Hole product group increased by 15.9% to EUR 3.1 million (2.7). Market conditions remained challenging for the Geotechnical product group, with net sales declining by 27.3% to EUR 3.5 million (4.9). Price pressure and competition remained particularly intense in project sales during the period.

By market area, the strongest net sales growth was recorded in the Americas, where net sales increased by 67.7% compared to the corresponding period. Growth was driven particularly by the Top Hammer business, with net sales in the region nearly doubling. The commencement of deliveries under previously secured mining contracts was a key contributor to the strong growth in the Top Hammer business. In Australasia, net sales increased by 28.8% compared to the corresponding period. Net sales in Asia remained at the previous year's level, while net sales in EMEA decreased by 3.6% compared to the corresponding period.

EBIT for the third quarter was EUR 0.2 million (0.9), representing 0.7% (4.9) of net sales. Profitability was significantly affected by exchange rate losses of EUR 0.6 million during the period. The price of tungsten showed signs of stabilization during the period but remained at a high level. The increase in raw material costs was partially passed on to sales prices. Robit's net cash flow from operating activities in the third quarter was EUR -2.7 million (3.8). Net cash flow was affected by an increase in inventory value due to rising tungsten prices and the ramp-up of mining contracts.

“We will continue our determined efforts to win new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers. Continued strong demand from the mining industry, active product trials at customer sites and the development of our distributor network support the implementation of our growth strategy. We are focusing on demonstrating the performance of our products in customers’ operating environments, supporting our distributors and strengthening our market position in selected target markets”, states Group CEO, Mikko Kuusilehto.

Robit expects net sales and comparable EBIT in euros to increase in 2026 compared with 2025.
