SATS ASA delivered another quarter of solid earnings growth in Q3 2026. EBITDA before IFRS 16 rose 22% to NOK 235 million, EBIT before IFRS 16 increased 33% to NOK 182 million, and earnings per share came in at NOK 0.69, compared with NOK 0.48 a year ago. Higher value per member drove the improvement, with ARPM up 7% currency adjusted and more members taking part in group training. Alongside the results, SATS has updated its capital allocation framework, widening the leverage target to 1.0x-2.0x net debt to EBITDA before IFRS 16, and clarifying the ambition to raise the dividend per share over time. With 18 new clubs secured through 2028, SATS is moving from optimizing its club portfolio to also growing it.
Key highlights from the third quarter of 2026:
“More people are joining our group classes, and they come back more often. Group training workouts grew 4% this quarter, on top of 10% last year, and active members are the members who stay with us.
