SATS ASA: Status on share buyback
Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by SATS ASA ("SATS" or the "Company") on 18 February 2026 of the launch of SATS’ program to repurchase up to 7,000,000 of the Company’s shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to NOK 200 million during the period from 18 February 2026, until no later than the Company's Annual General Meeting of 2026, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Carnegie (the "Buyback Program").
For the period from and including 18 February 2026, through 18 March 2026, the Company purchased a total of 2,316,848 shares at an average price of NOK 43.1621 per share, all purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs.

Following the completion of the above transactions, SATS owns a total of 7,632,506 of own shares, corresponding to 3.75% of SATS’ share capital.
