Changes to the Board of Directors
Further to the stock exchange notice published on 11 June 2025, the Board of
Directors has appointed Mr. Otto Moltke-Hansen as a new Director of the Company.
Sea1 Offshore Inc. has received a resignation letter from Director Fredrik
Platou who will resign from his position as a Director of Sea1 Offshore Inc.
with the effect from 09:00 CEST on 15 August 2025. The company expresses its
gratitude to Mr. Platou for his valuable contributions and wish him continued
success.
Following the resignation of Mr. Platou, the Board of Directors has appointed
Mr. Rune Magnus Lundetræ as a new Director of the Company.
The appointment of new Directors will take effect from 09:00 CEST on 15 August
2025, and these Directors will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting
of the Company.
Following these changes, the Directors of the Company are Christen Sveaas
(Chairman), Celina Midelfart, Otto Moltke-Hansen and Rune Magnus Lundetræ.
