Share buyback program (February 18 - February 24, 2026)
On August 27, 2025, Better Collective A/S initiated a share buyback program for up to 20 mEUR, to be executed from August 27, 2025 to March 4, 2026.

Nordea carried out the transactions mentioned above on behalf of Better Collective. At the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 9, 2026, shareholders approved the cancellation of 3,204,020 treasury shares, corresponding to approximately 5.17% of the Company’s share capital (cf. regulatory release no. 1/2026). The cancellation was completed on February 9, 2026. Following the above transactions and the completed share cancellation, Better Collective holds 399,000 treasury shares, corresponding to approximately 0.68% of the Company’s outstanding share capital. The Company’s total share capital now amounts to nominally 587,548.50 EUR, divided into 58,754,850 shares with a nominal value of 0.01 EUR each, following the capital reduction. Under the current share buyback programme, purchases of approximately 463,000 EUR are still pending completion.
