As announced by Skandia Greenpower ('the Company') in the stock exchange notice
of 15 February 2023, the private placement made by Evendo Invest AS has
strenghtened the Company's financial capacity for a period. To ensure the
Company's operations, a group-wide cost saving programme will be implemented
immediately. The aim of the programme is to ensure cash positive operations in
second half of 2023. The programme will entail the following:
A reduction of up to 12 full-time equivalents in first quarter of 2023 through a
combination of non-replacement of employees leaving the Company voluntarily as
well as redundancies. Subsequent of the cost saving programme, the Company will
have a total of 7 to 10 full-time equivalents.
Significant decrease in the use of external consultants.
Continuous focus on the gross margin through reducing other operating expenses.
