HENT AS, part of Sentia ASA, has signed a preliminary agreement with CA
Datacenter, a part of the CA Group, for the Skive DC data centre project in
Skive Municipality, Denmark.
The parties aim to enter into a final agreement for Phase 1: design, and Phase
2: execution, during autumn 2026.
The preliminary agreement covers planning for the first stage, which could
represent 30 MW of IT load. The final agreement for Phase 1 and Phase 2 may
include CSA (Civil, Structural and Architectural) and MEP (Mechanical,
Electrical, and Plumbing) work, including design and delivery.
-Skive DC is a highly interesting project for us in the Nordic data centre
market. This preliminary agreement positions us to develop it in cooperation
