Realfiction Holding AB (“Realfiction” or the “Company”) announces that Søren Jørgensen has decided to resign from the Company’s Board of Directors with effect from 31 December 2025.
The resignation is due to Søren Jørgensen having accepted a nomination for the position as Chairman of the Board of another publicly listed company, a role that will require substantial professional focus and time commitment.
The Board of Directors of Realfiction expresses its sincere appreciation for Søren Jørgensen’s valuable contributions, strategic insights, and dedicated work during his tenure. His professionalism and constructive engagement have supported the Company’s development, and the Board wishes him every success in his new role.
As of 31 December 2025, the Board of Directors of Realfiction will consist of Lars Møller, Peter Simonsen, Clas Dyrholm, and Michael Kjær.
