Stendörren Fastigheter AB (publ) ("Stendörren") has on 18 May 2026 issued subordinated perpetual green floating rate capital securities of SEK 400 million within a framework of SEK 800 million (the "Capital Securities"). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Capital Securities, Stendörren intends to apply for admission to trading of the Capital Securities on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. In connection with the application for admission to trading of the Capital Securities, Stendörren has prepared a prospectus which today, on 8 June 2026, has been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The first day of trading of the Capital Securities is expected to be on or around 10 June 2026. The prospectus is available on Stendörren's website (www.stendorren.se) and will also be published on the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's website (www.fi.se).
