Storebrand ASA refers to the stock exchange notice published on 18 February
2026.
It is noted that the number of shares awarded to Executive Vice President for
SPP, Jenny Rundbladh, was incorrectly stated in the original stock exchange
notice. The correct number of shares awarded to Jenny Rundbladh is 3,978 shares
at NOK 176.56 per share.
Following the correction, Storebrand ASA holds 12,407,446 own shares,
representing 2.85% of Storebrand ASA's share capital.
All other information in the original notice remains unchanged.
