Subgen AI AB ("Subgen AI" or the "Company") today announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO 5. The exercise period ran from 18 May 2026 up to and including 1 June 2026. No warrants of series TO 5 were exercised during the exercise period.
No warrants of series TO 5 were exercised during the exercise period, during which the recalculated subscription price of SEK 14.00 per ordinary share significantly exceeded the market price of Subgen AI's ordinary share. Accordingly, no new ordinary shares will be issued through the exercise of warrants of series TO 5.
