Ikast-Brande Municipality in Denmark has announced its intention to award a public tender for operation and maintenance of municipal roads including winter services over five years, to Terranor A/S, a subsidiary of Terranor Group. The agreement, valued at approximately DKK 143 million (approximately SEK 206 million) for the full contract period, represents a continuation and expansion of Terranor's existing engagement in the municipality. The contract will commence on 1 July 2026 and run until 31 March 2032, with an option to extend the contract by up to two additional years.
The agreement strengthens Terranor's position in the Danish municipal market and supports its long-term growth strategy in the region and includes operation and maintenance of 855 km of roads.

In accordance with customary procurement procedures, a mandatory standstill period of 10 days will apply before the contract can be formally signed.
