The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has decided to delist the shares in Intellego Technologies AB (publ) from Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Intellego Technologies AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Intellego") has today, 4 March 2026, received a decision from the Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm that the Company's shares shall be delisted from the trading platform Nasdaq First North Growth Market due to serious violations of Nasdaq First North Growth Market rulebook for issuers of shares and the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
 
"Given the company's historical actions, the decision was expected. Since the extraordinary general meeting in February, the new board has tried to get meetings with Nasdaq to discuss a way forward, which have been declined." says Fredrik Olsson, chairman of the board of Intellego.
 
The board of directors are working hard to safeguard all shareholders' interests in a well-functioning company and a liquid share.
