August 21, 2026 – Aker ASA ("Aker" or the "Company") announced a buyback program on July 17, 2026, for up to 1,383,892 of its own shares, to be conducted in the period from the announcement until December 31, 2026.
Arctic Securities, under an irrevocable mandate from Aker, has carried out the following transactions under the buyback program from August 17, 2026 to August 21, 2026:

Arctic Securities has made its own trading decisions regarding the share repurchases independently of and without influence from Aker.
Following the completion of the above-mentioned transactions, Aker owns a total of 555,581 of its own shares, corresponding to 0.75% of the Company’s total number of issued shares.
