The meeting was held as a digital event.</div>In accordance with the proposals made by the Board of directors, the general meeting approved a dividend of NOK 1.209 per share, NOK 3&nbsp;018&nbsp;155&nbsp;151 in total, equivalent to USD 300 million,&nbsp;relating to Q4 2025.Dividend amount: 1.209 Announced currency: NOK Last day including right: 2 February 2026 Ex-date: 3 February 2026 Record date: &nbsp;4 February 2026 Payment date: 12 February 2026 Date of approval: 30 January 2026The dividend will be paid in NOK, and the NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by Norges Bank 7 January 2026 approximately at 1600 CETAll resolutions were approved in accordance with the proposals set out in the notice for the general meeting dated 9 January 2026.
