March 3, 2025 - Reference is made to the stock exchange release from Ventura
Offshore Holding Ltd. (the "Company") published on 25 February 2025 regarding
the order of interdiction for DS Carolina.
The Company is pleased to announce that the DS Carolina received approval by ANP
(the regulatory body for oil, natural gas and biofuels industries in Brazil) to
resume operations on Friday, February 28th, at 6:40pm, Brazilian time. The rig
is expected to reach its previous operational status between Monday, March 3rd
and Tuesday, March 4th, at which point it will resume earning its full operating
rate.
As previously discussed, the Company is in ongoing discussions with its client
regarding the financial impact of the suspension period and will provide an
update in due course.
