Reference is made to the notice issued on 11 May 2026, where Wilh. Wilhelmsen
Holding ASA (the "Company") launched an offer to all shareholders to purchase up
to 847,000 shares in the Company through a reverse book building process (the
"Offering"). The application period expired at 16:30 hours (CEST) on 13 May
2026.
Following the end of the application period, the Company has resolved to buy
445,201 A-shares and 25,716 B-shares, at a price per share of NOK 715.00 for
A-shares and NOK 621.00 for B-shares.
Allocation notifications will be sent to shareholders having tendered shares in
the Offering on or about 15 May 2026. The trade date will be 15 May 2026, and
the settlement date is expected to be on or about 19 May 2026. The settlement
will be conducted on a normal delivery-versus-payment basis (DVP) or through the
VPS system.
Following settlement of the Offering, Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA will own
675,042 A-shares and 190,025 B-shares.
