Sales came in at SEK 35m (-9% vs. ABGSCe 39m), -7% y-o-y (-7% org.). EBIT adj. was SEK -2.1m (vs. ABGSCe 0.52m), for a margin of -6% (ABGSCe +1%). The sales miss was driven by the NW&FT (-16% y-o-y) and FW (-18% y-o-y), which continued to decline for the fifth consecutive quarter. The company highlights the main reason for the decline in NW&FT to be the price reductions on its binders in Q2'24 due to price pressure from competing alternatives. Furthermore, GC&MP continues to hold its own and grew in the quarter (+9% y-o-y, -5% vs. ABGSCe). The company produced lease adj. FCF of -17m, and ended the quarter with a cash balance of 0.4m as well as unutilised credit facilities of SEK 5.3m.
