GreenMobility - Presentation of the Q3 2026 Trading Statement

GreenMobility is expected to release its Q3 2026 Trading Statement on 8 October 2026. On 14 October at 13:00 CEST, CEO Kasper Gjedsted will present the figures and answer questions in a live online event.

In H1 2026, revenue grew 4% to DKK 77.2m, while EBITDA rose 19% to DKK 28.8m, lifting the EBITDA margin to 37.3% from 32.5%, and net profit more than doubled to DKK 12.5m. Free cash flow improved to DKK 7.1m from DKK 4.5m, and the equity ratio increased to 27% from 22% at year-end 2025.

Ahead of the H1 report, guidance was adjusted to revenue growth of 5-9% (from 8-12%), while EBITDA growth of 12-16% was left unchanged.

With H1 covering roughly 47% of the guidance midpoint on both revenue and EBITDA, the implied H2 requirement is revenue growth of around 6-14% against 4% in H1, whereas the EBITDA requirement of roughly 6-13% is below the 19% already delivered. Revenue is therefore the part of the guidance that carries the execution risk, which makes the Q3 topline the key number in the statement.

Since the H1 report, GreenMobility completed its first share buyback programme of up to DKK 6m on 1 August and announced a second buyback programme of up to DKK 5m running from 9 October to 31 December 2026, It has entered a strategic partnership with WeRide on 3 August to deploy Level 4 autonomous shared mobility in Denmark with public service targeted for H1 2027.

Beyond the Q3 results, focus is expected on the operational drivers behind H2. All 185 additional vehicles were in service at the time of the H1 presentation but still in early ramp up, so utilization on the expanded fleet is a natural point of attention. Finally, comments on the competitive effect from new taxi supply in Copenhagen and on the progress of the WeRide project towards H1 2027 could come into focus.
