OrderYOYO – Presentation of Q4 2024 trading update

OrderYOYO is expected to release its Q4 2024 trading update on 17 January 2025. The company’s management will present the results in an online live event with a Q&A session on 22 January 2025 at 10:00. Besides the financial results, you can get an update on OrderYOYO’s recent business developments as well as insights about the current market conditions.
On 18 October 2024, in connection with the announcement of OrderYOYO’s acquisition of the online and kiosk ordering company, App4, the company raised its 2024 guidance for the fourth time and released its 2025 guidance. OrderYOYO’s 2025 guidance indicates continued momentum on growth with improved margins.
The updated guidance for 2024 is December ARR of DKK 340-350m (DKK 296m by the end of 2023), full-year 2024 net revenue of DKK 300-305m (DKK 254m in 2023), full-year 2024 EBITDA before other extraordinary items 2024 guidance of DKK 47-52m (DKK 25.6m in 2023), and full-year cash EBITDA before other extraordinary items guidance of DKK 20-25m (DKK 0.1m in 2023).
The new expectations for 2025 are a December ARR of DKK 380-400m, full-year 2025 net revenue of DKK 360-370m, EBITDA before other extraordinary items of DKK 68-73m, and full-year cash EBITDA before other extraordinary items of DKK 40-45m.
