Olav Thon Eiendom is a real estate company. The company acquires, develops and invests in properties, with a focus on commercial properties in Norwegian cities. The goal is to be a long-term player in the market, and over time to have a return equal to or higher in relation to other investments in the real estate market. The operations are managed from each subsidiary in the Scandinavian market. Olav Thon Eiendom was founded in 1982 and has its office in Oslo.
