GreenMobility – Solid H1 2025, Bottom Range of Guidance Raised
Today, GreenMobility released preliminary H1 2025 figures and raised the bottom end of its 2025 guidance.
H1 2025 revenue reached DKK 74.2 million (+29% vs. H1 2024), with Q2 2025 revenue showing a 24% growth. EBITDA for the first six months ended at DKK 24.1 million, a +76% increase compared to H1 2024, and EBITDA margins improved to 32.5%, up from 23.8% in H1 2024.
The full-year 2025 guidance has been increased at the lower end of the range, both for revenue and EBITDA. Full-year revenue growth is now expected to be in the range of 7-13%, up from the previous range of 10-13%. EBITDA is now expected to grow by 25-40%, compared to earlier expectations of 20-40%.
The current guidance (midrange) indicates flattish topline growth for the second half of 2025, with slight growth in EBITDA. This could prove to be too conservative, given that H1 2025 showed better-than-expected momentum. However, it should be noted that the second half of the year will not benefit from the relocation of cars from foreign to Danish markets.
In the release, the CEO also commented on the future of self-driving cars. The comments align with previous communications. GreenMobility has already begun engaging with leading global manufacturers of self-driving vehicles. The value proposition is that they can deliver operational scale and high-quality mobility data, both critical ingredients for deploying fully self-driving cars to a partner. Regarding the timeframe, which is largely driven by legal matters, the company still indicates that it could become a reality within the next few years.
On Wednesday, July 9th at 14:00, we are hosting an event with CEO Kasper Gjedsted, who will walk us through the preliminary results, the updated guidance, and what is driving the stronger-than-expected momentum. The session will conclude with a Q&A.

We expect the focus during the Q&A session could be on the competitive landscape, the flat expectations for the second half, and the progress of implementing the new digital platform.
