Rush Factory operates in the event and entertainment industry. The company's services focus on events and mainly concern digital marketing and the design of major event concepts. The services are mainly used in the analysis of customer groups, as well as in the subsequent evaluation of each event. The largest operations are in the Nordic market.

Onhan tuo aika tylyä että jatkossa RF nykyiset omistajat omistaa 0,6%. Kuitenkin lopputulos olisi ollut pyöreä nolla ilman tätä ja nyt kuitenkin miljoonan arvoiseksi tämä surkimus noteerattiin. Tämän markkina-arvo taisi jossain vaiheessa kuitenkin olla paljon alle miljoonan. Pohjalta Rushia ostaneet saattaa jopa päästä hyvin tienaamaan. En tosin osaa arvioida onko tuo Sunborn sitten oikeasti noin arvokas kuin väitetään. Eiköhän siitäkin arvostuksesta sula pörssissä yli 50% ekan vuoden sisällä.  Rush Factoryn osakekannan arvoksi on Osakevaihdossa määritetty miljoona euroa.

Käsittääkseni kaupankäynnin avaaminen nykyisen yhtiön osalta on markkinavalvonnasta kiinni, eikä Rush Factory kyennyt ottamaan siihen sen enempää kantaa. Osakevaihdon toteutuessa suunnitellusti uuden yhdistyneen yhtiön osakkeen kaupankäynnin on tarkoitus alkaa 11.4.2025.

Löytyyköhän mistään tietoa kauanko osakkeen myynti on seis ja mitähän muuta taustalla lienee kuin Sunborn-keikaus? Vanhojen RF-osakkeiden arvostus oli kyllä laskettu sillä tasolla, että piensijoittajaa viedään taas kölin alta ja kunnolla…
