Yes, that’s correct. If the party making the offer buys shares by any means at a price higher than 5.70 euros per share, then everyone must be paid according to the highest price. Even if they were to buy 1 share at a price of 5.80 and a million shares at 5.75, everyone gets 5.80 euros per share.

It would indeed be interesting to know who is buying. If Nieminen has been the buyer in today’s and last week’s large trades, I’ve calculated that he might still be about 100,000 shares short of that 10% threshold.
