<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Addnode Group has been informed that Aretro Capital Group AB (”Aretro Capital”) has acquired 460,000 A-shares from Aeternum Capital AS (”Aeternum Capital”). Aeternum Capital has in a corresponding transaction acquired 460 000 B-shares from Aretro Capital.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>After the transaction, Aretro Capital holds 2&nbsp;501&nbsp;328 A-shares and 4&nbsp;738&nbsp;496 B-shares, which corresponds to 17,49 per cent of the votes and 5,38 per cent of the capital in Addnode Group.
