In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting 2022 of ADDvise Group, the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2026 shall comprise of representatives of the three largest shareholders by votes, according to the shareholders’ register as of 30 June 2025 maintained by Euroclear Sweden, and of the chairman of the board of directors. The representative appointed by the largest shareholder by votes shall be appointed chairman of the nomination committee.

The nomination committee shall prepare proposals for the Annual General Meeting 2026 regarding chairman of the meeting, chairman and members of the board of directors, and remuneration to the directors of the board, committees and the auditor.
Shareholders can submit proposals to the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2026 no later than January 31, 2026, by mail to: ADDvise Group AB, att: Nomination Committee, Grev Turegatan 30, SE-114 38 Stockholm.
The Annual General Meeting 2026 of ADDvise Group AB will be held on May 5, 2026.
