Aiforia Technologies Plc: Share subscriptions based on stock options 2016B
A total of 27,500 Aiforia Technologies Plc’s new shares have been subscribed for with the stock options 2016B. For subscriptions made with the stock options 2016B and the entire subscription price of EUR 550.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.
After entering the Trade Register, the total number of shares is 37,414,104.
The new shares subscribed for under the stock options 2016B have been registered in the Trade Register on 24 September 2026, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights.
The shares will be traded in the Nasdaq Helsinki Plc’s First North Growth Market Finland -marketplace as an additional lot with the company’s old shares as of 25 September 2026.
