The dividend will be paid to shareholders who are registered in the company’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the dividend record date of April 13, 2026. The Board’s preliminary proposal is that the dividend will be paid on April 20, 2026.

The number of employees will be reduced by 28 person-years. Most of the reductions will be realized through resignation agreements. New roles were found for eight people through changes in job description. The negotiations concerned the entire operations of Alma Media Solutions, excluding Netello's operations. The reductions affect different personnel groups of Alma Media Solutions.
