Alzinova AB (publ) (ticker: ALZ) today announces that the company appoints Erik Kullgren as interim CFO due to the fact that the company's current CFO, Håkan Skogström, will retire on March 27. The process of recruiting a permanent CFO is ongoing.
Alzinova has previously announced that CFO Håkan Skogström wishes to retire during 2024 and can now announce that it will be on March 27. Erik Kullgren will act as interim CFO until a permanent successor has been appointed. The process of recruiting a permanent CFO is ongoing.
Erik Kullgren has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and has extensive experience as CFO for both listed and unlisted companies. He has also been CEO of Reguity Group AB and Dunross & Co AB. Currently, Erik Kullgren runs his own consulting company where he acts as CFO for, among others, Medfield Diagnostics AB and Shortcut Media AB.
