Annehem Fastigheter expands its collaboration with Ljungbyheds Motorbana through two new lease agreements

Annehem Fastigheter

Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed two new lease agreements with Ljungbyheds Driving Track (Ljungbyheds Motorbana AB), as part of the tenant's continued expansion of its existing collaboration with the Police Authority within Ljungbyhed Park. The collaboration, which already includes specially adapted spaces for their training programs, is now being expanded with a larger establishment and will run over a longer period.

Ljungbyhed Park is a future-oriented cluster for education, research and development-both on the ground and in the air-closely linked to the existing airport within the park. Ljungbyhed Driving Track has operated event and training services since 2010 and is a key player within Campus Ljungbyhed. In recent years, the training operations have developed with a clear focus on educational spaces for vital public services, including the police and emergency services.

The expanded lease agreements solidify Ljungbyhed Driving Track's role as a long-term training site for Police Authority education programs.

"We are deepening our collaboration with the Police Authority while also benefiting from the unique conditions that Ljungbyhed Park offers. This is clear proof that the educational model we have built at the site is working and continues to evolve," says Ted Johansson, Sales Manager at Ljungbyhed Driving Track AB.

"The continued growth of our collaboration with Ljungbyhed Driving Track is positive for the entire Campus Ljungbyhed and reinforces the park's long-term role as a hub for education and development. The combination of large outdoor areas, training and accommodation facilities, and the unique driving track creates excellent conditions for training activities, not least for emergency services," says Gustav Eriksson, Head of Property Management at Annehem Fastigheter.
