ANNEHEM HAS TAKEN A LOGISTICS PROPERTY IN SÖDERTÄLJE INTO POSSESSION
Annehem has taken into possession the Almnäs 5:28 property with a newly built environmentally certified logistics building where PostNord is the tenant. The property is located in Almnäs, an expansive industrial area outside Södertälje.
PostNord rents the entire logistics building of 2,150 sqm on a 10-year lease. The building will have energy class B and will be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver. There is also an unused building right of about 2,000 sqm on the property. The agreed underlying property value is SEK 96.5 million.
