<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Annual General Meeting of Arion Bank hf., held on 11 March 2026, approved to reduce the Company’s share capital by ISK 40,000,000 nominal value, amounting 40,000,000 own shares, by cancelling the Company’s own shares.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>A request has been sent to Nasdaq and the reduction will be carried out on April 14 2026. The Company’s share capital therefore reduces from ISK 1,420,000,000 to ISK 1,380,000,000 which is divided into an equal number of shares and each share is accompanied by one vote.
