After this transaction, Mr.Johansen, directly and indirectly, controls 3.606.087 shares in the company. The share purchase is made in connection with the announcement made by the company on February 22, 2023, where the Company announced that the Company's extraordinary general meeting had approved a reverse share split (share consolidation) of the Company's shares in the ratio of 10:1, including the share capital increase by NOK 0.84 (three (3) shares each of par value NOK 0.28), in order to obtain a total number of shares outstanding divisible by 10.
