Company One AS, a company wholly owned by the Chairman of the Board, Håkon
Reistad Fure, has today acquired 1,132,283 shares. Following this acquisition,
Company One AS will own 32,672,959 shares representing 6.78% of the shares and
votes currently outstanding. In addition, Company One AS holds 25,000,000
warrants in the Company, representing rights to 5.19% of the currently
outstanding shares.
Please find attached the notifications for persons discharging managerial
responsibilities in accordance with Regulation EU 596/2014 (MAR) article 19 and
section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
