As of 31 March 2026, the number of shares in Asker Healthcare Group AB (publ) ("Asker") amounts to 383,706,497 shares. All shares are ordinary shares. The total number of votes in Asker amounts to 383,706,497 votes.

The increase in the number of ordinary shares and votes is due to the issuance of 670,000 Class C shares earlier in March. The Class C shares have been issued for the purpose of ensuring fulfillment of commitments under Asker's long-term performance-based investment share program. The Class C shares have been reclassified into ordinary shares pursuant to the conversion clause in the articles of association.

As of 31 March 2026, Asker holds 670,000 ordinary shares.
