Atlantic Sapphire - Q1 2026 Operational Update

Miami, Florida, 13 April 2026

Atlantic Sapphire ASA (along with its subsidiaries the "Company") harvested a
total volume of 1,504 metric tons gutted weight (HOG) in the three months ending
March 31, 2026 (Q4 2025: 1,183t).

During the first quarter, net biomass gain was 1,859 metric tons live weight
(RLW) (Q4 2025: 1,683t). Standing biomass at the end of the period was 3,420t
RLW (Q4 2025: 3,437t).

Average harvest weight in the quarter was 3.2 kg HOG (Q4 2025: 2.9 kg). The
sales price in the quarter was USD 9.32 per kg HOG (Q4 2025: USD 8.28 per kg).

Atlantic Sapphire's Phase 2 expansion, will bring total annual production
capacity to 25,000 tons and the Company has a long-term targeted harvest volume
of >100,000 tons.
