Audientes A/S (CVR 36047631) has received information of changed holdings by a shareholder, Michael Ole Fehrn, who has exceeded the 5% ownership threshold in Audientes A/S.
As of the close of trading on 15 July 2025, Michael Ole Fehrn controls a total of 50,928,704 shares in Audientes A/S. These shares are held via proxy in another custody account, a pension account, personal accounts in his name, as well as a corporate account owned by him.
