Awardit changes its financial disclosure - moves to half-yearly reporting and updates financial calendar

The Board of Directors of Awardit AB (publ) ("Awardit" or the "Company") has today decided to discontinue the presentation of quarterly reports and henceforth only issue half-yearly reports. The reason for the change is to continue to minimize the Company's IR-related activities and thus reduce internal administration and associated costs. The half-yearly reporting will be presented in a new format and the content will be adapted in accordance with the minimum requirements set according to the Company's accounting standard and according to the minimum requirements set by the regulations on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm.

Awardit is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm, whose rules, Nasdaq First North Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, only require an issuer to submit half-year and full-year reports. Quarterly reporting is thus only done on a voluntary basis.
