Oslo, 1 June 2026: Reference is made to the announcement made by Axactor ASA
(the "Company") on 28 April 2026 regarding the successful private placement and
the use of the proceeds to strengthen the capital structure and reduce the
Company's cost of funding.
The Company has today notified Nordic Trustee AS of the exercise of its call
option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its senior unsecured bond issue
with ISIN NO0011093718 and ticker ACR03 (the "Bonds"), and each bondholder is
hereby given notice thereof. The current outstanding balance of the Bonds is EUR
65.2 million.
The Bonds will be redeemed at 100.535% of the nominal amount, plus accrued
interest, with a call option repayment date of 15 June 2026.
