Reference is made to the announcement published on 4 May 2026. Axactor ASA
("Axactor") has successfully completed a new 4.25-year senior unsecured floating
rate bond issue of EUR 100 million (ISIN: NO0013750778). The bond will carry a
coupon of 3m EURIBOR + 3.90%.
The net proceeds will be applied towards refinancing of existing debt and
general corporate purposes.
Arctic Securities, DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers in
connection with the placement of the bond issue.
An application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.
