<div class="abstract"><p>HSB Brf Ekarängen in Borås has signed an agreement with Balco AB as turnkey contractor for an extensive balcony project with an order value of approximately 60 MSEK. The deal includes new glazed balconies and patios, with construction scheduled to start in the spring of 2025. The project involves a long-term investment in modernization and well-being for residents in the association.</p></div><p>Balco is once again showing that we have a good offer in the market by being able to take on larger turnkey contracts.
