<div class="abstract"><p>Balco Group is constantly working on optimizing our processes and organization. To streamline, save costs, and be able to achieve the best development at our newly acquired Finnish group Riikku, a decision has been made to restructure their operations and company structure.</p></div><p>In Finland, Riikku Group Oy has restructured its organization into three business areas: new build, renovation and service. Their subsidiary Riikku Koti, which works in the renovation side and towards consumers, will be incorporated into the parent company Riikku Group Oy. Together with employees of Riikku Group Oy, they will run the renovation business area and develop Riikku's offering for renovation projects.</p><p>In Sweden, Riikku Sweden will be incorporated into RK Teknik, which has a strong position and good offering to the construction sector. This will strengthen RK Teknik's expertise and product offering in the new build segment.</p><p>In Norway, Riikku has sold his company Glassy to the previously employed minority owners. Processing of the new build segment in Norway with Riikku products will be handled by Balco AS in the future.</p>
