Beijer Tech has today, May 19th, 2026, signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in MGA Controls Limited, a UK technical distributor of valves, mechanical and electronical control devices and pneumatic products.

MGA Controls is a UK technical distributor of valves, mechanical and electronical control devices and pneumatic products with brands such as Norgren, Bifold, Thompson and Val-Matic. The company is located in Lancashire, UK, with 16 employees and revenue of about GBP 6 million with good profitability. The acquisition is in line with Beijer Alma’s model for value-adding acquisitions and Beijer Tech’s strategy of acquiring profitable companies in attractive niches with good growth potential and high value-add.

Beijer Tech’s President, Staffan Johansson, comments on the transaction: “With the acquisition of MGA Controls, Beijer Tech is increasing its geographical footprint and making its first entry into the UK market. A market where our group already benefits from Beijer Components’ established presence. Head of Business Area Fluid Technology, Fredrik Karlsson, comments on the transaction: “MGA Controls will be a strong addition to our business area Fluid Technology. Through the transaction, Beijer Tech will acquire 100 percent of the shares in MGA Controls Limited with closing taking place today. The company will be part of Beijer Tech’s Fluid Technology business area. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Beijer Alma’s earnings per share.
