As part of our agreement with L1 Capital, BrainCool has distributed free warrants to the company's shareholders to reduce dilution. During the period of August 24 to September 7, 2020, holders of BRAIN TO 3 warrants can exercise the warrants and subscribe for new shares. One (1) BRAIN TO 3 warrant can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of 2,77 SEK.Holders of warrants who have their warrants nominee registered in the custody of a bank or broker shall contact their bank to exercise the warrants for subscription.For directly registered warrant holders, subscription shall be made by filling in a completed application form and sending it to the issuing institution (Eminova Fondkommission) at the same time as payment is made.  The application form and payment must be made to Eminova no later than September 7, 2020, at 16:00.
