<div class="abstract">Bravida Finland acquires the company Dimesko Oy, thereby strengthening its position in heating and plumbing in southern Finland. The company has sales of approximately EUR 10.3 million and employs around 40 people.</div>Dimesko Oy works with installing plumbing, HVAC and automation systems in residential, office and commercial properties. The company's office is located in Lahti, but it operates mainly in the Helsinki region.&nbsp; "We are very pleased to welcome Dimesko Oy and its skilled employees to Bravida. The acquisition is in line with Bravida's strategy to grow in Finland and enables us to expand our heating and plumbing activities in the Helsinki metropolitan area and also outside Helsinki," comments Marko Holopainen, CEO of Bravida Finland. Perttu Toivola, CEO of Dimesko Oy, comments: "Becoming part of Bravida feels like a natural step for us, mainly because we will become part of a larger organisation that can support our growth objectives and strengthen our range of services.
