Bravida Finland acquires the company Vesi-Vasa Oy, thereby strengthening its range of services in heating and plumbing, industrial pipes and fire extinguishing systems in the Satakunta region in western Finland. The company has a turnover of EUR 10 million and 40 employees.
Vesi-Vasa Oy was founded in 1984 and works with installation, service and maintenance of heating and plumbing systems, industrial pipes and fire extinguishing systems. The company offers services for both small projects, such as houses, and larger industrial projects.
"We are very pleased to welcome Vesi-Vasa and their skilled employees to Bravida. With this acquisition, we are gaining expertise that meets the needs of both real estate and industrial customers in the Satakunta region. The expansion is fully in line with Bravida's strategy of growing in Finland, and strengthens our range of services for customers," comments Marko Holopainen, Head of Division for Bravida Finland.

Bravida is expected to take over as the new owner in June 2024.
