Byhmgard appoints Patrik Bloemer as Head of Engineering
Byhmgard AB (publ) (“Byhmgard” or the “Company”) today announces the appointment of Patrik Bloemer as Head of Engineering and a new member of the Company’s Executive Management Team.
Patrik Bloemer has a background from Solkompaniet, where he held a leading role within engineering for large-scale energy projects. In his role as Head of Engineering at Byhmgard, he assumes overall responsibility for the Company’s delivery organisation, with a focus on ensuring high quality, technical robustness, professional procurement processes and efficient execution across all projects developed and delivered by Byhmgard. Patrik Bloemer commenced his employment with Byhmgard on 1 December 2025 and now joins the Company’s Executive Management Team.
Patrik will lead and further develop Byhmgard’s engineering and delivery functions, including technical design, system architecture, project execution and quality assurance throughout the entire project lifecycle – from engineering and procurement to installation, commissioning and handover. A key part of his mandate is to establish and maintain structures, processes and ways of working that ensure Byhmgard’s projects are delivered in accordance with agreed technical specifications, timelines and quality requirements.

Throughout his career, Patrik Bloemer has built extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in complex project environments. He has worked closely with both internal project organisations and external suppliers and contractors, with responsibility for technical coordination, risk management and quality assurance in the execution of large-scale, capital-intensive projects.
In addition, Patrik has experience as a Chief Executive Officer of a listed company, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between technology, business, regulation and organisational development.
