WindowMaster International A/S (“WMa”) today announces that the company has increased its share capital by nominally DKK 50.000 as a result of employees' exercise of warrants.
The capital increase has taken place without pre-emptive rights for the company's existing shareholders or others. The shares have been subscribed for at the following subscription prices per share of a nominal value of DKK 100: 500 shares at DKK 515 each. The total proceeds to WMa amounts to approximately DKK 257,500.
The new shares are ordinary shares, which carry the same rights in any applicable way as existing WMa shares, will be admitted to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen as soon as possible after registration with the Danish Business Authority.
Following the capital increase, WMa's total share capital amounts to nominally DKK 14,788,000, divided into 147,880 shares (each share nominally DKK 100), corresponding to 147,880 votes.
The articles of association of WMa will be updated to reflect the capital increase resulting from the exercise of warrants.
